About Your Host

• Born and raised in Key West Florida, Maxwell Irwin, your art-loving guide knows all the ins and outs of Key West, the local art scene, and the artists who live here. Key West Art Tours brings to life the extensive knowledge of art lovers and history fanatics and their passion for sharing their love of their island home.

 

What You'll Do

• The two-hour tour highlights local artists and their internationally renowned works and provides you with exclusive access to active artist studios. With everything from Key West folk art to Cuban works, you will learn about and explore local art culture including the oldest gallery in Key West, exclusive tours of the workspaces of resident artists, and galleries exclusively featuring local artists.

 

What Will Be Provided

• At each stop, you will get to go in and view the different art and art spaces with explanations from your vastly knowledgeable local guide. The intimate size of the tour will allow you to ask all the questions you can imagine about art, history, or Key West in general. Bottled water and an all-day pass to the Key West Customs House Museum will also be included in your ticket price.

 

Where They'll Be

• The tour will begin in front of the Customs House Museum on Front Street and in the heart of Old Town Key West at 9:30 AM. Please have a copy of your confirmation email with you.
